Returns
Return eligibility depends on whether your order is ready-made or includes stitching and selected designs.
Stitched and designed orders
Orders with custom stitching or selected designs can only be cancelled before order confirmation. After confirmation, tailoring work and advance-paid service charges begin; no cancellation or refund will be given.
Ready-made products
Ready-made products may be returned within 3 days after delivery. Tags and packaging must remain unopened and intact, and the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Before returning
Contact us before sending anything and share your order number, clear photos, and the reason for return. Unapproved parcels may not be accepted. Return eligibility is confirmed after inspection.
